If you are in crisis - please go to your nearest ER, dial 9-1-1, and/or call the Crisis Clinic 24/7 at 1-866-427-4747 and https://www.crisisconnections.org.

This part-time office does not provide any after hours or on-call crisis services. I am also unavailable outside of business hours and on weekends.

My usual office hours are M/W/F from 9-5, and am currently meeting in-person and remotely online for scheduled appointments via secure telemedicine platform. https://doxy.me/mindfulcathy

My goal is to keep as much continuity of care to existing patients and also offer flexible and safer ways to stay connected. Stay safe and well.

Where is the office?

Ballard neighborhood in NW Seattle

Studioworks Ballard Building

Seattle, WA 98107

OFFICE appointment HOURS

  • Mondays (9-7)

  • Wednesdays (9-6)

  • Fridays (9-5)

I do my best to return calls to patients within 48 hours, or during operating business hours primarily on Tues and Thurs afternoons. I will not be readily available to return calls or messages, after business hours or on weekends.  Unfortunatey, I do not have the resources or staffing to offer or provide crisis management services or “on-call” crisis coverage.

If I will be away from the office for more than a week (e.g. vacation, conferences, etc), I will notify you several weeks in advance.

CONTACT INFORMATION:

Patient appointments and general questions:

  • PHONE: main (206) 588-5578

  • FAX: (206) 374-2463

  • EMAIL: cathy@mindfulcathy.com

Please note that my office phone line goes directly to voicemail, as I am working with patients or on the phone during business hours.  Please leave me a message or send me an email. As this is a solo practice - I will do my best to return your call/message as soon as possible, during business hours.

If it is a routine or scheduling issue - please send me a direct message directly through the onpatient portal or email.  On office days, I triage/prioritize all the messages from that day, and may not get to yours right away, if there is an urgent clinical matter to take care of.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
